Lynn Martens

Lynn Martens is the founder and owner of HeyRed Marketing Communications, bringing a lifelong passion for communications to her work with businesses, public agencies and nonprofit organizations. Her interest in the field began early, competing at state and national levels through her high school marketing program—an experience that set the foundation for her professional career.
Before entering college, Lynn spent several formative years in a well-known Colorado mountain community, where she began her profession in a communications role at the local Chamber of Commerce. In this position, she served as a liaison between public relations, marketing and sales, gaining firsthand experience in integrated communications and community engagement. The role further solidified her commitment to communications.
Lynn went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Journalism with a concentration in public relations from Colorado State University. During her senior year, she completed an extensive independent studies program spanning both the public relations and marketing departments, an interdisciplinary approach that continues to inform her strategic perspective today.
Professionally, Lynn has partnered with local and national companies, government agencies and nonprofit organizations with a strong focus on public relations leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder communications. Based in Colorado, she remains closely connected to the community she serves and enjoys the outdoor lifestyle the state offers. In addition to her communications work, Lynn is a published writer.

Hanna Martens
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Hanna is a key member of the HeyRed Marketing Communications team, serving as an Account Manager and contributing to the firm’s family-owned and operated structure. She brings strong expertise in digital advertising, media design and marketing, supporting both day-to-day client work and the continued growth of the business.
Hanna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Media Studies from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, graduating in 2018. During her studies, she was inducted into the Lambda Pi Eta Honors Communication Society and focused her coursework on media production, strategy and execution.
Since graduating, Hanna has supported a wide range of businesses and nonprofit organizations through contract marketing communications and graphic design projects. Her experience includes developing brand-aligned content, designing logos and informational graphics, building websites and managing social media marketing campaigns.
She further expanded her expertise while working at a startup software and media services company in Missoula, Montana, where she managed complex digital advertising campaigns for national automotive brands including Honda, Toyota and Mazda.
Hanna brings both strategic thinking and creative execution to her role at HeyRed. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the mountains and spending time on the trails by bike, foot and skis.
